 Welcome to our November Newsletter. We want to remind you about our very well established Office Design & Fit-Out service and also introduce two new services; namely our Strategic Partnership Programme and our Office Acquisition Service.
Over the past 20 years, we have developed our Office Design & Fit-Out business to the point where we feel we can outperform many others in terms of quality of both service and price. This partly because of the extremely high demands we put not only on ourselves, but also on all our suppliers and partners. Over the past few years we have built up an enviable network of Preferred Suppliers & Strategic Partners, consisting of various Manufacturers, Distributors, Sub-Contractors, and Consultants - most spread in and around London but some spread all over the UK and, in some instances, across Europe. However, we're also looking to form new relationships with individuals and organisations where we can work together on a variety of projects in the future.
One of the reasons we've expanded into Office Acquisition is that we wanted to offer our Clients a complete "cradle to grave" service, i.e. from finding their office, right the way through Interior Design & Build, to final occupation. Furthermore, we even have an associated "sister" company that specialises in Facilities Management, so that our sparkling Office Fit-outs always look sharp!
The result of this extended relationship with the Client, is that it places us even further "upstream" in the whole Office Relocation process and, as such, gives us more time to build rapport and develop solid Client working relationships, which obviously results in more business for us and consequently for ALL of our Strategic Partners & Preferred Suppliers. However, this also benefits all our Clients who can plug into our thoroughly vetted group of professional suppliers, who offer products and services with a guaranteed quality and price.

 Grosvenor Workspace Solutions are based in the heart of W1 and have over 20 years experience in Office Design and Fit-Out.
We carry out all types and sizes of projects, (from 1,000sq ft to 10,000+ sq ft) from dilapidations, through to simple Office Refurb's right the way to full Interior Design & Fit-Out projects.

OFFICE ACQUISITION SERVICE
 Increasingly over the last few years, we have been asked by Clients to help them choose their office from their final Short-List, based on our 20+ yrs experience of what things actually cost in the real world! Our unique insight and experience helps them make a more informed decision, resulting in many £000's of savings and our help and advice is completely FREE OF CHARGE.
This has now developed (via Client-led demand) to us being retained either solely (or through various JV's we have set up) to offer our a comprehensive Office Acquisition Service. We continually come across Tenants/Occupiers, who, although they are not quite ready for a Fit-Out quote, do need help in finding their perfect office. This is where we can help and are retained to assist them in their Office Search, whether it's just 1,000 sq ft or 10,000+ sq ft.
We have access to every single available office in London, as well as knowing many offices, which for all sorts of genuine reasons are Off-Market - e.g. companies have down-sized in terms of staff, so they have large areas of their offices vacant, (or even complete floors) and want to Sub-Let their premises. Sometimes these deals are extremely attractive as the Landlord/Head Tenant etc are desperate to get any rent to reduce their overheads, save on empty-rates tax etc, so bargains can be had if you search hard enough and are patient! |
