Over the years, we have carried out Feasibility studies to help clients make the important decision, do we refurbish where we are, or do we relocate to new offices?
The technological revolution of the past 10 years has seen CRT computer monitors replaced with flat screens; increased home-working; job-sharing; desk booking systems (e.g. “hoteling”) etc. This is turn has had a major effect on Office Desk/workstation shapes and sizes, as well as cable management and screens; partitions etc.
Thus, with very careful Space Planning and Ergonomic layouts, we have been able in some cases to save upto 40% of floor space and in so doing enabled our clients to better utilise their existing space without the necessity to relocate to larger; more expensive offices on much longer lease terms resulting in the office refurbishment costs paying for itself within one year in some cases.
