This covers all aspects of Cost Control; Site Management; Client communications; variations and amendments; dealing with sub-contractors; making sure every project adheres to all current Health & Safety guidelines; Building Regulation and Disabled the Discrimination Act. Our Project Manager would also be the one contact point for all operational aspects of the project and be totally responsible for Quality Control and bringing it to a successful conclusion and detailed certification. We will produce a detailed Project Programme to assist with time management during your project, which will be issued to you the client; the Site Manager and all consultants, distributors and sub-contractors involved on the project. This enables us to make clear and quick decisions regarding any issues throughout the duration of the project.
