New German lab in West London
The Synlab Group is a leading Pan-European laboratory diagnostics company, with more than 50 laboratories in Germany, and a further 19 locations across Europe and Middle East, employing more than 4,000 people. Their diagnostic functions include human, veterinary, environmental and food analysis, as well as human genetics, molecular biological testing, and finally also in preventative health care and testing services, for clinical trials.
Synlab have chosen this area to be as close to their future customers in west London as possible. They will be conducting, diagnostic analysis services for the private and the public health care market and CROs around London.
Synlab first approached West London Business in July of last year, looking for commercial space to set up their laboratory. West London Business provided details of available proprety within West London that matched their requirements, arranged property tours and helped the company to find the property that best suited their requirements, and the new entity Synlab Clinical Trial Ltd settled on office space at Clearview House at Northwood Hills.
