Unlike some Office Fit-Out organisations, we specialise in 1000sq ft – 5000sq ft offices and are also more than happy help your clients even if their requirement is less than 1000sq ft and / or involves hardly any work, e.g. simply installing a few partitioned offices or installing floor boxes for power and data cabling etc.

We are keen to develop relationships with Chartered Surveyors. We regularly find occupiers who are struggling to find that “perfect office”, so we’re keen to pass these leads over to you. Our Office Refurbishment projects are finished to a very high standard and we have copious testimonials available upon request.

Like most Fit-Out organisations, we also have an introductory commission scheme in place for all leads which result in conversion to a finished project and welcome discussing terms and conditions.
